I brought my daughter (40kg) to try the trampoline ride, which clearly shows the maximum weight limit is 60kg. However, the staff rudely told us that my daughter is “overweight” without even asking her actual weight. It was very unprofessional and humiliating — do they have some kind of “super scan” to guess someone’s weight just by looking?
To make things worse, the staff showed zero customer service skills. Instead of politely checking with parents first, they immediately judged and rejected her. This is not how paying customers should be treated, especially children who end up embarrassed for no reason.
Only after catching the management, things were explained properly. The manager was professional and clarified the rule, but it’s obvious the staff need serious training in customer service and communication.
Parents, be prepared — the rides may be fun, but the staff attitude can really ruin the experience. Management, please train your staff better, especially when dealing with children. Respect and politeness...
Read moreA charming old-school theme park that’s perfect for a fun family day out! The place is spacious, clean, and has a nostalgic feel with its brick flooring—not your typical muddy or dusty ground, which is great especially with kids around.
Each ride costs RM5, but it’s more value-for-money if you get the bundle of 20 tickets, which comes with extra tickets. Kids below 90cm get to ride for free too, which is a nice bonus!
There are plenty of rides suitable for young children, and our whole family had a blast. There are also food and drink booths around the park, so you can easily grab a bite or cool down with a drink.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for a simple, fun, and...
Read morePrices for the rides are abit overpriced for locals but acceptable for tourists. Carnival games are really aimed at not letting kids win no matter how many vouchers they spent. Won't let you accumulate the points or give you the prize even if 1 point away. Made it almost as if the prize come straight out of their pockets. No wonder never see a single kid/ family walking with a plushie from this carnival and it's quite disappointing for a "fun park". By the way there wasn't any signage to "remove shoes" and staffs didn't inform that no shoes were allowed over the platform. Foreigners have to be prepared to use Google translate as the staffs over there don't...
