Visiting The Huskitory in Malacca, Malaysia, is an experience that promises to melt your heart, but it also comes with a unique olfactory challenge that's hard to ignore. As a dog lover, I embarked on this adventure, and here's what I can share:

Upon entering the establishment, you're immediately greeted by the unmistakable scent associated with the presence of dogs, particularly those who might not have had a recent bath. It's a pungent aroma that could catch you off guard. I must admit that, at first, I felt a bit overwhelmed, fearing I might not survive an hour in such conditions. However, a strange thing happened – I began to acclimate to the scent. It seems that my love for dogs gradually overshadowed the initial discomfort.

The admission fee of RM35 for an hour with these lovable canines may seem a bit steep, but as soon as you're immersed in the experience, you realize it's worth it. The joy of being surrounded by so many huskies and Shiba Inus is something truly unique and heartwarming. These dogs are not only adorable but incredibly intelligent. To fully enjoy your time at The Huskitory, you'll want to invest in dog treats. This is the secret to getting the dogs to interact with you.

As you offer them treats, you'll witness their playfulness and intelligence firsthand, and it's an experience that's sure to leave a lasting impression, especially if you've never been so up close and personal with huskies before.

The Huskitory is definitely an adventure worth taking, especially if you're a dog enthusiast. However, if you've already been there once and experienced the charm, you may not find it necessary to revisit. Nevertheless, it's a place that can provide a heartwarming and unforgettable encounter with some of the most adorable huskies and Shiba Inus in Malacca. Just be prepared for the initial scent challenge, as it's a small price to pay for the love and joy that these four-legged friends can bring...

saw someone below saying they ask visitors to review in exchange for dog treats (3 packets rm5), but i didn't get such a request. wish i did because i wanted to leave this glowing review anyway!

rm35.50 per pax per hour. super worth it omfg i've been keeping an eye on husky places for like 3 years now and read the reviews for all places i hear of— and the hype is real w this one

the owners/employees are smart about husky business and train prizewinning pups. the doggies don't live at the venue, so they associate it with play and treats, maintaining energy and excitement .

This is the place to be if you love dogs and love interacting with them. The main breed they have here are huskies on the first floor and inus on the second floor.

You can purchase tickets for any single floor or both as a package. The ticket includes a simple drink but does not include the price of the treats you can buy to feed the dogs. If you want to interact with the huskies, you are going to want to buy the treats. Otherwise, they won't really be around you much.

On the first floor, we were briefed on what to expect from the huskies, where they are from, and how to feed and interact with the huskies. Following that, the door will open, and the huskies will come running in. The briefing is important, especially when it comes to the feeding of the huskies. At the end of the session, there is an option to take a photo with all the huskies lined up together, at a separate cost.

On the second floor, similarly, we were briefed on the 2 types of dogs in the inu family that we would get to interact with. Here, the dogs walk around and interact with us without the need for treats. They were a lot easier to carry as well, due to the size and how they weren't as energetic as the huskies.

Definitely recommend getting the package to both floors as the experience is...
