Just had the worse experience with the staff at the electronic section. My original plan was to buy the soundbar set for my dad but no staff at the section seem to be available there for one hour. Therefore, I ask another staff from another section to assist me on this and he kindly help me. Later, after 15 minutes, this electronic staff at Lotus came. Surprisingly i saw one of the comment here at saying that he’s very talented about electronic knowledge but when i ask him regarding the soundbar with subwoofer, he said that he doesn’t know anything about it as he is only a sales person and the “engineer technician” should know better. Please be reminded that I really wanted to buy this. I asked nicely if he were able to help me test it out but he said it is too late for that since the store almost close. Therefore, since he said it that way, it makes me felt sort of bad so, i thank him for still trying to entertain me and might come tomorrow to buy the set even though his face doesn’t seem that he like it.
Ohhh boyy, you wouldn’t like it on what happened after that. After saying thank you, another customer comes by and berated him regarding you shouldn’t say curse to the customer (supposedly me).I was quite surprised, I almost scold the other customer saying that he never do that to me. But then, he said, I heard what you said before coming to her (which is me). He said that he heard him cursing “puk*ak” “bto” etc at me while walking towards me.
More than surprised or angry at that time, I was actually very very disappointed. I came there with the intention to buy gift for my dad even though its quite late (which i really felt bad for) cause I came there quickly after my work hour. But unfortunately I ended up not buying the gift with a very disappointed feeling because i found out that he curses at me before even meeting me. I’ll try to genuinely forgive him since he might be tired of working all day or just having a bad day in general. But i would never come back again to this Lotus store in the future.
I would like to really thank the other customer who berated him and making me not feel that bad to come in the store quite late. The other customer also advises the employee to not say cursive words towards customers because he is still at workplace and other customers might overheard that. Read moreToo bad service either inside grocery and outside. Have lots of beggar and scammer inside especially when they said, am i already claim voucher or not. End up, it is scammer. Careful when they ask you to fill up form and need to fill accounts details. How mall manager doing work????! Is it simply take as long mall got tenant?! Pls la mall manager do your work properly.
And another one, i bought at one of kiosk and asking why price increase. The staff said, now lotus charge them sst rental. i surprise coz profit 1m then can charge sst, but the staff show me the invoice have sst charges even their sale not even rm100 a day. Omg! Pity them. When i ask y not register with government and show lotus the exemption tax? Staff said boss already register but they said still need to pay until further notice from hq. If not, mall manager threat them to get out from mall. 😂😂😂😂 Serious laaa..already a month government announced still charges sst to them?? Then main ugut2 pulak. Wth ur attitude mall manager. Read moreMay be I'm overtly too sensitive but with due respect the staff should be more respectful towards customers ...... even though the mco is on & strict adherence towards rules & regulation need to be followed courtesy shouldn't be overlooked ....... 2 staff were shouting for customers to be quick with their selection in the fresh produce area ....... especially one guy who seemed couldn't stop raising his voice ....... yes only 20 minutes is given & other customers are queuing outside & getting longer by the minute but does shouting help ....... 1 staff was nagging a customer saying everything is the same ..... while the customer was picking up some veggies ...... yeah I do agree the produce look way better than the last time I was here but not to say they are extraordinarily excellent ......... but I commend 2 of the staff that I encountered during my visit today ..... the brother checking the body temperature at the entrance & the cashier ....... & another staff who was collecting the tags, probably a foreign worker .........
