This is where you go to if you want up close and personal feeding of the animals. I am a little bit concerned about safety (both for the animals and for the kids - though the animals are very docile and not aggressive at all) because this is the only place where you can walk in and pet everything including birds, peacocks, pigeons, rabbits, alpacas etc. There's basically nothing (and sometimes no one inside the enclosure) that stops any kid from picking up the animal or hurting it.
However, this is also why kids who love feeding animals will have a blast! No pressure on time, not as well-known so the crowd is still quite manageable, cost is very value for money (entrance fee is cheap and the price for the feeding pack is very cheap as well).
Ifffff... you are not fond of animals (lol why are you even here) or have no intention of feeding, then please don't bother, because it's the only thing to do...
Read moreI Would give this 0 star if I could. I am stunned with the amount of good reviews for this cruel place! Based on a few of the reviews, are expectations were not too high. However, we were not prepared to discover the poor conditions these animals are kept in. The majority of animals are kept in tiny enclosures with concrete flooring, not a single blade of grass in sight and hardly enough space to turn around. They were drenched in their own urine and faeces (also evident from the stench) and many had visible skin conditions. The chickens, Guineapigs and hamsters all shows signs of either excessive self harm or harm from another. The hamsters had growths that need medical attention. In fact, many are need medical attention! Please do not continue funding this sanctuary, if you are an animal lover, visiting will be heart wrenching. !!DISTRESSING...
