Highland Steamboat Cheese & Grill 2 — Restaurant in Pahang

We had dinner here after being recommended on TikTok. Although we didn't like steamboat very much, we're very glad that we gave this place a try - it's worth it. We arrived at 7pm and were seated about 30 minutes after. The atmosphere was lively, with the kids section next to the tables, but it was all good. You need to pay at the counter before dining.

We enjoyed so much chicken, beef and lamb grilled meat. The marinade for the lamb was the best! Paired with the Sukiya sauce. We went for iced milk tea and green tea, we enjoyed the taste very much. I love the fact that it has no time limit, so you don't have to eat in a rush or worry about not finishing your food on time.

The service is also great, we informed the staff about the gas and soup refill and they quickly fixed the issues. For our next time, we will definitely try the seafood, hot foods and desserts more. We only tried the ice cream, meats, mushrooms and noodles - now we want to dine...

It is a two lot size restaurant. Can accommodate many customer at one time. Parking is not an issue because there are many parking spaces here.

The prices for an adult is RM35, children age from 5 to 12 years is RM20 and old citizen (60 years old and over) is RM30. Children below 5 years old is free. The prices is affordable.

The menus are awesome. Here you can find different type of marinated lamb such as black paper marinated lamb and rosemary marinated lamb. There also have beef and chicken options too. The seafood is also have variety of options such as big size scallop, crab, shrimp and etc. For drinks, there are variety of drinks available here. More than 10 types available here. You also can make floats with big size glass here.

I have been to several steamboat and grill restaurant here in CH, but, this is my favourite.

Pro: no time limit can eat all can add broth for free (staff will help to pour it into your pot) friendly & helpful staffs (nampak je cust terkial2 nk kecilkan api pot, nk hidupkan api, itu dan ini dia terus dtg tanpa dipinta sksk) many choices of food. (Variety) staffs always check the food stock served regularly and will top up foods immediately.

Cons: limited parking (tapi ada staff khusus yg akan jaga parking and bg arahan utk kita park kt mana2) a lot of customers (noisy) some of their tables are not stable (we got senget table sksksk. Kinda condong a bit. Not sure if it's the table or the floor slanted. But the foods and stove doesnt affected much by this problem).

Overall, best experience to eat there. Keep it up. And bravo to all male staffs which were very kind...
