Before reading always take plenty of water on any hike trail! It’s A bit tricky to find the start. But overall a fun hike although It’s an easy to moderate trail I found it a little tough. is very steep in places and If you have knee or hip problems I would avoid. The track is however very well labelled and very easy to stick to.
I would recommend following it then heading down trail 3 to Gunung Berembun for an amazing view.
Then heading down trail 7 ( Quite Tough) and ending up pretty much where I’m you started.
If not after 5 you can go up trail 2 and visit Sam Poh Buddhist temple.

Read moreThe trail is passable again, but you need a permit from the forestry office. This as far as I know for all trails except the trailer 10. The permission you can apparently get relatively easy (we have made the way with a guided tour and the guide has taken care of in advance) but you should take care of it early.
Other than that, this is a very nice trailer through the middle of the forest. The trail is walkable, there are only a few steep and slippery spot. Good shoes and length clothing recommended. Can also be combined well...
