Review of Coronation Park, Tanah Rata
Coronation Park in Tanah Rata is a fantastic spot for families, nature lovers, and anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting. The park is well-maintained, with lush greenery, and towering pine trees hat add to its charm.
One of the highlights of the park is its suitability for children. There’s plenty of open space for kids to run around, a playground to keep them entertained, and well-paved walkways for easy strolling. The park is also equipped with benches and gazebos, making it a comfortable place for parents to relax while watching their little ones play.
The cool highland weather of Cameron Highlands adds to the experience, making it an ideal spot for a refreshing break from the heat of the lowlands. Whether you're looking to have a leisurely walk, a small picnic, or simply enjoy the fresh air, Coronation Park is a great choice.
Overall, it’s a well-kept and serene park that offers a relaxing atmosphere for visitors of all ages. If you're in Tanah Rata, it’s definitely...
Read moreKudos to the Malaysian government. The bus terminus is an excellent place with all the facilities one would find at an airport. The organization is very good, buses are nice, clean and comfortable. The concourse is multi tiered with an abundance of escalators, elevators and shopping facilities. The average person you chance upon will be extremely polite and helpful. Intercity connectivity is good. Singapore is accessible by bus. I am not sure of the immigration facilities. You will have to check that up. India should take a cue from here and develop her bus station facilities. Avoid city cabs which are available at the lowest landing when arriving at the terminal via a bus from another city. You can grab a GRAB on the second or third level. The drivers are well to do people who do this job on part time basis. Some are full timers too. You would be in very safe hands not that Malaysia is even a wee bit unsafe. Safe and...
Read moreThis park has a pretty chill and relaxed vibe, making it a nice spot to wind down, especially when the weather is cooler or when there’s no direct sunlight. There are quite a lot of kids playing around, which adds some liveliness and energy to the space. It looks quite pleasant and has a bit of charm, especially with some of the decorations and open space.
However, it’s definitely more suited for children — there aren’t really any activities or facilities for adults, so if you’re looking for something to do, you might find it a bit boring. When the sun is out, it gets quite hot since there’s not much shade, and sitting under the sun isn’t really enjoyable. Still, it’s a free public space, and if you’re nearby and just want a quiet place to sit or people-watch, it’s not...
