Heng Hua Memorial Park — Attraction in Sarawak

The only park near the town with lit track at night for evening joggers. There are people jogging till 8pm plus. Good for those work work late.

Track is oval-shaped (330m per round) and kind get boring after going their for a while.

There is a basketball court with an attached toilet. At times strong urine smell can emanate from the toilet which is right next to the joggers’ path, completely spoiling the experience.

There is a large drain behind the park which also produces stench at times.

During dry seasons, people in the neighborhood may burn leaves causing pollution....

The carvings on the wall is very nice. Clean public toilet and well maintained basket ball court and children playground.

A nice place well maintained on jogging track which attract hundreds of jokkers each day. The track is around 350 m. one round. There are trees planted to keep shades and basketball court inside with children play ground.
