10.11.23-When I placed my usual order, I ws asked if they could use soy milk for my coffee.. I declined n picked the Low Fat (Pure Me@dow) option. I ws not happy but i ws willing to give it a try. But then, the barista used Low Fat for my latte n soy milk for my mocha Both my coffee taste horrible. I dont know why they were out of full cream milk tht day but using cheap Low Fat milk is truly disappointing. Out of stock for such a big name is a big no-no. Come here to visit as this place is the biggest Starbuck in Sarawak. The time is afternoon 1pm after lunch time and the place is quite quiet with only a few customers downstairs.

The place is clean and comfortable and the stuff are friendly. There are 2nd floor also. The place is suitable for student work with lots of available power socket point. It is also quiet and suitable for weekend gathering of small group people....

Out of decaf, yellowish whipped cream, warm water which I purchased tasted funny....the worst of all is the horrible sight of an icky toilet with red excretion on the floor. Terrible experience here and not a good place to work at compared to other branches. Limited seating and some socket just doesn't work. Second floor is closed unless you rent it for event. What I'll commend is their good...
