I'm about to depart the Trou Aux Biches Hotel on Tuesday evening 4th October, so I thought I would give you my opinion of my stay here over the past 10days which have been wonderful, everybody in this hotel cannot do enough for you, Dash the hotel cordinator has be absolutely fantastic in organising my evening meal reservations, to Loveish who welcomed us to our stay with such precision, down to Stacy cleaned our room everyday such a nice lady, am pretty confident she will go places so to speak in this hotel group in the future.I spoke to Vivian her supervisor the other day & he said she is an excellent at what she does going about her job . There are so many other colleagues within this hotel far too many to mention names so a big thank you to all of you on making our holiday a wonderful one. I would like to mention one more thing and that's is the food & the presentation of it is fantastic and this comes from a former Chef many years ago, well done to all the Chefs at cooking some fantastic foods for us to enjoy. So to all at Trou Aux Biches including Sarah the manager a big hearty thank you for all you did for me and my partner.

Read moreTrou aux Biches is a paradise in every sense of the word. Beyond the beauty of the setting, what made our stay unforgettable was the extraordinary service and care from the staff and management team. Every interaction was filled with a warmth and attentiveness that surpassed our expectations.
Special thanks to Rambo at the beach bar, who spoiled us with such warmth and generosity. He made every moment by the beach even more special. Our butler Ibrahim went above and beyond to make us feel at home; his attention to detail and kindness truly elevated our stay. The management team made us feel like valued guests at every step, treating us with such attentiveness and care that we left feeling completely spoiled and cherished.
The food was superb, the hospitality unmatched and the memories we made at Trou aux Biches will stay with us forever. This was an experience we will never forget, and we cannot recommend this hotel...
Read moreBeautiful white sandy beach. The photos are from the northern tip, closer to Mon Choisy. The public area of the beach is not that large, there are a lot of boats in the water, not many swimming areas. There is a small pine tree forest, a small parking, some food stalls and gift shop stands. To the south from the public area the beach is very wide, no shade available, and it has some hotels/villas, but you can lay your towels on the beach. To the north from the public area the beach is very narrow, lined with palm trees and sunbeds from the Beachcomber resort. You can walk on the beach in that area, but there is not much room for a towel. At the northern end, beyound Beachcomber the beach is larger, there are still some houses/small hotels, but there is space for beach towels and the swimming area is very nice. Water sports activities are available in the public area and at the...
