As someone who values transparency and honesty, especially when traveling, my experience with Super Holidays Mauritius was deeply disappointing. I booked a catamaran excursion with the excitement of exploring the beautiful northern islands, but what was promised was far from what was delivered.

The first red flag was that we were informed only after boarding that the itinerary had been changed. No prior communication, no option to decide if we were okay with this sudden change—just a quick, unempathetic announcement. As a tourist, I believe it’s essential that companies respect and inform their customers, especially when it comes to something as important as the itinerary.

The onboard experience was no better. Drinks were served in worn-out, unpleasant-smelling plastic cups. There weren’t any bottled drinks available, not even water. This might seem like a minor detail, but it speaks volumes about the overall care and quality of the service. Tourists deserve better, especially when they’re paying for what’s supposed to be a premium experience.

In the end, I felt so let down that I decided to leave the catamaran before lunch. It was a tough decision, but I couldn’t justify staying after such a series of disappointments. Unfortunately, this meant I had to find my own way back and arrange for my own lunch, which added unnecessary stress and costs to what should have been a relaxing day.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Super Holidays. During my stay in Mauritius, I rented a car from them, assuming it would be fully compliant with local laws. However, I was pulled over by the police for a routine check, only to find out that the vehicle was not even legally warranted for rental use.

Rental cars in Mauritius are required to have yellow number plates, but the car I was given had a white plate in front, making it unauthorized for rental. To make matters worse, the insurance sticker was so faded it was unreadable, yet I was the one fined Rs 5000 by the police for this issue—something that was entirely the company's responsibility!

When I reported this to Super Holidays, they denied any responsibility and offered no justification for providing a non-compliant vehicle. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. As a tourist, I had no way of knowing these regulations, yet I was left to deal with the consequences of their negligence.

This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable, and I strongly warn others against renting from them. If you're visiting Mauritius, do yourself a favor and choose a reputable rental company that actually...

We were not given any option to decline or cancel the booking. But the problems didn’t stop there. The drinks were served in visibly worn-out plastic cups with an unpleasant smell, instead of sealed bottles or at least hygienic disposable cups. There were no bottled options available, not even water, tea, or soft drinks, as one would expect on such an excursion. Due to these issues, we decided to disembark from the catamaran before lunch, deeply disappointed by the entire experience. We had to cover the costs for both lunch and our return trip to retrieve our car, adding further inconvenience to an already ruined day.
