Novaispania — Attraction in Baja California Sur

Do not waste your money buying a time share here. DO NOT. We arrived on the property and it was filthy - that was 3 days ago and it continues to be horrible and the problems have not been fully addressed. These are all pictures of how we arrived to the property. Hair on the showers, no pillow cases on the bed, appliances broken, fire pit doesn’t work, ripped outdoor cushions, hot tub doesn’t work, central control panel for house doesn’t work, rusted outdoor appliances, footprint on the wall, no landscaping - just to name a few things. Our “butler” Omar has been absolutely no help. Doesn’t even know if you own a property you can visit other PB properties? He can’t even remember which property we are at. Furthermore, did not even oversee the workers who came to fix these problems that still persist on day 3 of our vacation. Why as a consumer am I instructing staff on how to fix and maintain a property? The butler has not overseen any of the maintenance and neither has any manager. DO NOT RENT HERE. The in house dinners were amazing! Our bulter set eveything up and it was flawless. |||| We had the buffet and the 7 course dinner. The catering team, Daniel, Raul and Hugo, along with Chef's Angel and Raul went out of their way to make everything perfect!! Both evenings were magical. ||||The food was amazing. The buffet had so many delicouse choice and when the evening was over the team cleaned up everything and left us the leftovers. ||||The plate dinner was out of this world. The team did everything. They created such a magical night for us. If we go back I would do it all over again. It was like a fairytale come true. ||||At first I was a little put off by the price but after the experience, I would do it again. ||||I can not recommend these men and this amazing experience enough. They know how to make you feel special. They have a special place in my heart for all of the love and attention they gave to my family on our very special nights. ||||This is a must do. Family trip for a week. Quiet, clean, private villa, great location, 2 pools + 2 hot tubs. Short walk down to the private beach. Short shuttle/golf cart ride up to the Market and Deli for food. The butler, Daniel, took good care of us and the maids did a great job cleaning.

Make a tee time far in advance if you want to get on the Quivira course.

Needs improvement:

While there are plastic cups for outside use, they are super cheap/lame. A property of this caliber should spend a few dollars more for ample modern, outdoor plastic wear, including plastic wine glasses

Wine glasses: should have at least 10-12

The kitchen could be better equipped for those who want to stay in and cook. Only salt and pepper included. No olive oil or anything

The curtain track in one of the upstairs bedrooms was bent in a few places and difficult to operate
