I was really impressed. Ordered local white fish sashimi, fresh and sweet. Gyozas were more Chinese style than Japonese but very tasty. The Mongolian beef really stood out, I had never encountered such a good entree in an all inclusive resort. Dessert, an ice cream tempura turned into a profiterole, was also well executed. During our stay at a condo within the Pueblo Bonito resport community, we got to try out quite a few restaurants in (and out of) the resorts.
