The Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica – Adults Only – All Inclusive — Hotel in Baja California Sur

I just spent 5 incredible days at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. They offered fantastic recommendations on where to eat, what to do, and shared signature dishes from each restaurant in the Pueblo Bonito complex.

Special thanks and kudos to: Ana from “Siempre” — Ana truly surpassed all my expectations. She was attentive, kind, and always found ways to make each visit memorable. Gabriel — Every encounter with Gabriel was a pleasure! Such a helpful and genuine person—he made us feel welcomed and valued at every moment. The entire VIP Lounge team — What an amazing crew! Every day they crafted unique, delicious cocktails just for us and gave excellent guidance on what dishes to try at each restaurant. Their warm hospitality made us feel like true VIPs. Guadalupe from the “Tequila Bar” — Her hibiscus mezcalitas completely blew my mind! I found myself coming back almost every day just to enjoy them again. Hania & John (Concierge) — They were simply fantastic. Always ready to help and made sure every detail of our trip was seamless and stress-free.

About the food: 🍽 Frida — The Oaxacan cuisine here was a highlight! We tried mole in several presentations, and each one was spectacular. The mixology was equally impressive, and the service was top-notch. This place is a must when visiting Pueblo Bonito! 🍽 Península — What a treat! A perfect fusion of dishes inspired by flavors from around the world. Every dish offered a creative and delicious combination. And once again, the mixology was outstanding.

This was our first trip to the Towers at Pueblo Bonita Pacifica and we were SO IMPRESSED! Our Butlers, Hannia and Jonathan provided impeccable service. They were in constant communication to ensure our every need was met. Reservations, excursions, comfort were all taken care of quickly and with genuine kindness! We’ve never experienced THAT kind of service in any of the resorts in other areas of Mexico that we’d previously visited. This level of service was experienced everywhere in every area of the resort ( wait staff, housekeeping, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, groundskeepers, bellmen, concierge, every single employee). Service speaks volumes. The food we ate was absolutely devine. Easy/casual for great quick bites (we loved the pool bar menu) and exquisite options for dinners. We splurged for Lobster and Ribeye at Peninsula and enjoyed an absolutely amazing meal. Do not miss the opportunity to dine at the Steakhouse. There is an extra charge but WELL worth it. The Filet Mignon and the Rock Shrimp appetizer were delicious as were the potato dishes we shared. VIP lounge had beautiful views of the whales. We didn’t utilize this extra perk as much as we should have. The activities were limited but fun (water zumba, trivia, pool volleyball, cornhole). The grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed just lounging around the main pool. Our room had great sunset views and we could see lots of breaching whales right off of our balcony. Our snorkeling excursion was fun (and arranged/taken care of by our butlers) and gave us some time to enjoy the pier area of Cabo. We certainly hope to be back again at this FABULOUS...

One of the best vacations I have ever had. I came back home more relaxed than I have ever felt from a vacation. The resort just exudes peace. I was apprehensive coming here since I have heard worrisome things about traveling to Mexico but I felt very safe. There were several security gates we had to get through before ending up at our resort. We did not venture off the property.

I would skip the Quivira steakhouse. Lovely atmosphere but it wasn’t worth the up charge to me. My favorite restaurant was Peninsula. I could have eaten there every night. It felt like a fine dining experience. The Whale Watching VIP lounge was amazing as well for breakfast and lunch.

I loved lounging by the peaceful Constellation Pool but even better was renting a cabana for the day. $40USD and worth every penny. I would have done that every day but reservations fill up quickly. The butler service was good but not necessary for us. We ventured to the other pools but we quickly wanted to come back to the peace of Pacifica. I highly recommend the fire pits on the beach at night.

The only bad thing- the flies!!! I cannot stand flies and the moment you get food or drinks the flies come in droves.
