This beach is beautiful but almost impossible to reach unless you are staying in one of the private houses. Luckily our Airbnb was right there. If you manage to stay inside, prepare to go up the hill... And stay on Calle del Mar and then on the Calle del Pacifico. This is not a beach for swimming because the rip tide is very strong and you will die (no joke)... BUT if you go between January and March like we did you'll get to see whales swimming in the water around noon. So make sure you bring a camera with a nice lenses or binoculars. Read moreVery nice beach, small and well maintained. Public access is through the town house security booth. The security will need to hold on your ID until you come back. I took a Uber from RIU Resort and it cost 8$.
Great place for shore fishing: I caught some Needlefish (houndfish) near the rock structures over 6-9lbs. Make sure to have heavy line over 30lbs, they easily break it with their teeth.
