Cibola at Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

My family stayed at the Monte Cristo Villas for one week March 30-April 5th and ate here almost every day. The food was so delicious and we were mainly served by Marco, Jared, and Felix who were amazing and attentive. They especially went above and beyond and made every dining experience there memorable. Even when we were at the pool next to the restaurant Jared and Marco always made sure we had our mojitos and shrimp tacos.

They and the rest of the staff were so wonderful to my family. This was easily my favorite restaurant on the resort and I hope to get the opportunity to visit Cibola again. Thank you for the Amazing...

This place only gets 3 stars because the company I was with was the best part. The sunset gave it another star. The food and service, no bueno. The octopus was cooked incorrectly and tasted frozen, pasta was mediocre at best, pizza was undercooked and the service, AWFUL! The party of 12 that I was with was given one bottle of water. He only paid attention to the people in our group that were "All-inclusive" and my friend that tried a taste of the wine, hated it and he never offered her anything else.
