While the concept of this food court sounds awesome when you read about it, it is not quite so awesome in real life. Yes you can get a variety of food. Some of which is good. However the consistency of service is very hit and miss. The different options are not all open at the same times so you kind of have to figure those out. Only one option (the diner) can you get food and drink from the same place. All other options for food won't take a drink order, so then you have to go get back in line at the cafe or bar to get a drink. If you order multiple items under one ticket they typically only bring part of the order, if you are lucky they will bring the other half. We had to re-order the same items multiple times. When you ask staff about it they just kind of give a blank stare and say "the lady will bring it". DO NOT let the person who brings your food take your number unless the order is complete. Seating can be limited, so we learned to go at slightly off times to miss the crowd. Be prepared to wait 30-40 min per order. Dress code is very...

The dinners have been pretty good. The Asian restaurant is really good. Wide selection of different restaurants so every body can get what they want. The lunches have been mediocre, not as good as the dinner. The real downside are the desserts. And I’m a big dessert person. The gelato is super bland, and tastes like cheap store grocery store, generic ice cream, not gelato. The chocolate confectionary place up front is very pricey and, while everything looks super great in the display case, the actual taste is really bad. It’s like they spent all their effort on presentation, and nothing on the actual ingredients and taste. I ended up throwing out the ice cream and the chocolates I bought, a total waste of money. There is another place that sells slices of cakes. I tried the slices that we bought for our kids. Again, pretty sub par, like cheap store grocery store cake. Hopefully, they read this review and start putting some efforts into their desserts. If we come back, I’ll have to go elsewhere...

If you're looking for a quick bite, or have an indecisive and/or picky group, you can't go wrong with The Market. They have Italian, Asian, Mexican (Americanized Mexican), a 50's diner, crepes, Gelato, coffee with boba, a healthy station, patisserie and more.

I had the Italian the first night. The gnocchi was good. The bruscetta was Marinara on bread with melted cheese, so very definitely not what I'd consider bruscetta, but still decent. The chicken parmesan was good, too. The Asian was decent, but you'll definitely find better food at Zao Shen. My absolute FAVORITE thing at the market, though, was the bubble tea. It was a $9 upcharge from my all inclusive, but it was hands down THE BEST bubble tea I've ever had.

The servers were hit or miss, but shout-out to Gilberto, who was very attentive, happy to crack jokes with our group, and happy to provide recommendations. Fair warning, this place gets BUSY at supper time, so try to come before 6 or after 9. The crepe/Gelato station was about 20...

This is the most popular area of the entire resort. For all inclusive members this place is like candy land. They have a fully stocked bar. They have five different areas to eat. They have Italian, the deli, Mexican, Asian and a 1950’s diner. They also have an ice cream parlor that opens in the evening, and a cafe for all the coffee lovers. If you payed for the all inclusive, like we did, mostly everything is included. Our kids and teenagers loved hanging out at the 1950’s diner. They spent numerous hours there having cheeseburgers, fries and liters of milkshakes. The only downfall is your only allowed to eat at the diner, and not cross over to the market with your food. The good thing is everything else is in the market. The adults spent most of their time at the cafe, the ice cream parlor, and the Mexican food area. Seating is on a first come first serve. The market opens very early (I believe 7am) and closes at 10pm. Bring your appetite.

With the large selection of food options, we were not really impressed. Our sandwiches from the deli were late getting to us, and mine was cold after ordering a hot one. My wife had to go up to the counter a couple of times to ask about our order, and it wasn't busy at the time. The coconut cream pie was frozen when brought to our table. The sushi was good at best, and we're small servings. I would recommend sushi at the Tazuna restaurant located on the resort. They are a few choices of dining there, so it depends on your palate. The pastries at the coffee shop were very delicious, and the coffee was strong, which I like. Most items are included in the all-inclusive package.
