I recently had the pleasure of attending a wine tasting with Viridiana and Alfonso, and it was an unforgettable experience! Both of them were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived.
Viridiana's knowledge about the different wine varieties and Alfonso's insights were truly impressive. They had a fantastic way of explaining complex details in an easy-to-understand manner, making the whole experience both educational and enjoyable.
The wines we tasted were absolutely delicious and surprisingly affordable. My favorite was the 100% Colombard, which has now become a staple at all the parties I attend. It's always a hit and never fails to impress!
The atmosphere they created during my visit was lively and entertaining, filled with laughter and great conversation. I left with a deeper appreciation for wine and a big smile on my face.
If you're looking for a wine tasting experience that's both informative and a lot of fun, I highly recommend joining a session with Viridiana and Alfonso. They...
Read moreMy wife and I visited the Santo Tomas winery in downtown November of 2022. We approach the counter and ask to have a tasting. The young man was very unprepared and unprofessional by bluntly responding that he could not accommodate us. He said that he was too buy because a group of eight people had arrived. The visitors were walking in at same that we came in. The general manager should be aware of the incompetent employee. His attitude was arrogant and condescending ,which speaking volumes of his character. It is not important who or what the customer is but how he is treated by an establishment. I must mention that my father-in-law back in the 60's and 70's was the CPA for this very company. This review is done so that this does not occur to someone else. We were there as tourist and do live next to Napa Valley in California and have had some great wines and some not so great wines but this encounter was...

The wine is delicious, and the old buildings, machinery, and small fromagerie, coffee shop, grocer, Baker and other business adjacent to the winery are all top quality, and worth a visit.
Also, an excellent spot to buy gifts, such as tequila filled chocolates, Lady Godiva, tuna, and much more. An indispensable visit in Ensenada, and one of the most peaceful, and classy...
