Casa Adelina Hotel Boutique — Hotel in Ensenada

La Villa de Adelina, Ensenada, Baja, Mexico||||We stayed at the Bed and Breakfast on Saturday, August 10, 2020 in the Lily room. We had a great first impression of the place. Our host gave us a tour of the place and gave us our breakfast vouchers for the following morning. Breakfast was served at the adjoining café.||||Our room was very comfortable, had great wifi, and met our family’s needs. Our kids loved having their own area, too. ||At the suggestion of the host, we bought some flat breads from the café and enjoyed them in the B & B’s courtyard. It was very peaceful and the food was delicious.||We wanted to get an early start but breakfast wasn’t served until 9:00am. We waited until then and then asked to be seated. After a short wait, the waiter told us they couldn’t serve breakfast. I’m not sure of the reason but assumed maybe something happened in the kitchen. He knew we had breakfast vouchers and were guests of the bed and breakfast.||||I asked if they had any kind of pastries which they did. I decided to get four pastries for us to go along with two hot chocolates, a black coffee, and a hot tea. I assumed they would comp our meal as they could not accommodate our breakfast. I was wrong. Our waiter told the cashier that we were guests but she still charged us. Unfortunately, the B & B host was not around, otherwise we would have complained.||Up until breakfast, we had a perfect stay. We really enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere. But it’s a bit frustrating not getting the meal you paid for and then having to pay for another meal as well. I know I'm going to loose the secrecy of this hidden gem of lodging in Ensenada to quality-yearning travelers out there! Quaint-looking & sparkling white edifice outside, you'll be surprised how nicely arranged the furnitures inside! All American standards features meticulously installed, you'll ask yourself why so. I happened to speak to the Owner, - "so my Guests will come back!" After staying for 9-nights, I'll definitely come back. The hotel location is centered, you don't need Ride-Hail service. Very quiet and safe location, the Casa have security staff after the Cafe closes at 11PM. The free-breakfast included is so sumptuous, you'd thought your Mum went with your trip! Worth booking! I originally thought I wanted to be close to be close to the ocean in ensenada, but I read so many night mare reviews of unkempt rooms and smells. Villa del adelina was so clean, very comfortable and the free breakfast was amazing. We stayed in a king suite called the daisy room. Must book the room online and the doors are all keyless code entry. We walked in and were able to connect to their wifi to make the reservation online. They offer 2 parking spots that are behind a locked gate or plenty of street parking. We walked to an adorable pizza place a couple of blocks away called tanto Santo.
