Bazar Casa Ramirez — Attraction in Ensenada

I came through on a cruise last month. My friend had been here 10 years ago and insisted we visit the shop…and boy am I glad she did! The owner was so sweet and helpful as well as her assistant! So many unique items that I had a really hard time deciding what I wanted. They knew the maker and history of each item in the store. I ended up purchasing a lot of handmade crosses that were made in Jalisco (which is near where my daughter in law is from❤️). I also purchased a beautiful, unique leather nativity scene which I will cherish forever! Given my love of elephants, I also found a beautiful one made out of Oaxaca's black clay. I cannot wait to go back…If you are ever in Ensenada, this is a must...

The store owner, Alejandra is a joy to speak with and very knowledgeable about both local artists and the City of Ensenada.
