Mi experiencia de compra de alimentos en Ensenada llegó ayer a su punto más alto. Compras Mercados El Robles, su carneceria, y Fromagerie en el edificio de la bodega Santo Tomás, ¡GUAU! Me quedé boquiabierto al maravillarme por las golosinas que abarcaban toda la tienda. Sí, llené mi carrito pequeño. No pude evitarlo.

El mercado es, acogedor, impecable, inmaculado, y es evidente que los propietarios son "entusiastas de la comida". Era como un niño en una tienda de dulces con una gran cantidad de harinas de Bob's Mill, etc. incluyendo TODO EL PROPÓSITO a mi alcance. Aquí se venden productos sin gluten, así como una gran variedad de quesos, tés y especias de todos los rincones del mundo. Los hallazgos más importantes para mí incluyeron frijoles en lata, marmelade casero hecho en casa, gelatina de menta, búlgaro, cebada, tahini, miso, tofu, queso feta, hinojo, mezcla original de polvo ranchero, productos no lácteos y condimentos en abundancia. My grocery shopping experience in Ensenada hit an all time high yesterday. Shopping Mercado El Robles, its carneceria, y Fromagerie at the Santo Tomas Winery building, WOW!!! My jaw dropped as I marveled over the goodies spanning the entire shop. Yes, I filled my little cart. I could not help myself.

The market is, welcoming, flawless, immaculate, and its evident the owner's are "foodie's." l was like a kid in a candy store with a plethora of Bob's Mill flours etc including ALL PURPOSE at my fingertips. Gluten free items are sold here as well as robust assortments of fine cheeses, teas, and spices from all corners of the world. Major finds for me included canned kidney beans, orange home made marmelade, mint jelly, Bulgar, Barley, Tahini, Miso, Tofu, Feta, Fennel, original Ranch powder mix, Non dairy items, and condiments galore.
