Conrad Spa Tulum — Attraction in Quintana Roo

Facilities are in superb shape. High quality everything. Great service. Relaxing atmosphere. Tranquil surroundings.

Upon arrival, my spa attendant guided me through a sound/light/hot/cool shower experience, then a sauna, then a cold plunge, then a steam, then another cold plunge, then a lukewarm jacuzzi for fruit and juice… ahhhh. I hadn’t even had my massage yet!

Massage was awesome. The property has 20 or 30 casitas for massages- mine had one wall of glass that looked into the lush jungle.

Post-massage I was dropped at the aqua massage pool - neck massages back massages bubbles for your feet and back and your everything.

Go go go to get there, and then...

The spa at the Conrad Tulum was absolutely fantastic ! I had two deep tissue massages on seperate ocassions - one with Ana and one with Clemente and both were phenomal - the essential oils, the Mayan sage ritual and elevating the bad at the end and giving me the best neck massage, added an extra special touch to the whole experience. They had amazing amenities like a hydro therapy pool with jets to massage individual parts of the body, sauna and steam !! Special shout out to Mario, Entim, Juan and Enti for making our visit...

Hands down the best spa experience ever. We did a couples massage with the add on scalp massage. The amenities were top notch, it was impeccably clean, and the service was exceptional. We were literally waited on hand and foot from the moment we arrived until our shuttle came to pick us up to take us back to the Hilton. 100% worth the $$$$. The only down side was the masseuse wouldn't spend time on my face because I didn't pay for the "facial massage". She still did a fantastic job massaging my body and...
