Kandawgyi park — Attraction in Yangon

tl; dr: Go at dusk for the view

Note that there is a door charge for the entrance, but if you're an avid photographer it's worth it; you must go at dawn or dusk for the view. Other than that, you'd go to feed the mosquitoes at the very run down, poorly maintained lake.

Decent park with a 300 kyat admission fee. A few small dining places along the lake. A few play areas for children. A very small "zoo". A nice small island to relax on the grass.
