The lighthouse was not open. Idk when it opens and when not. But it is always better to know that before visiting. There could be great view of the city from the lighthouse. There wasn’t any timetable nearby to know exactly when it opens.

The place is very nice, but a little but windy as well! There is a good beach restaurants with many chairs! Good place to play with kite, surf. One of the most nice place in Netherland!

Scheveningen sahili Kuzey Denizi'nin tuzlu rüzgarlarını tecrübe edebileceğiniz güzel bir sahil. Ben hep sonbahar ve kış aylarında gittim ve dolayısıyla rüzgarlı, yağmurlu ve soğuktu. Ben denizi kış aylarında sevdiğim için benim için güzeldi. Sahildeki deniz feneri orta ölçekli ve büyük gemiler için -modern radar sistemleri dolayısıyla- bir işlev göstermese de küçük teknelerin halen dostu olmaya devam ediyordur diye tahmin ediyorum. Sahile hakim konumu ve sadeliği ile görülmeye değer mimari güzelliğini sürdürüyor.

Wir waren nur kurz am Strand, die Füße ins Meer halten, für knapp 40min über 5€ ist schon echt happig, zumal es dort null Service gibt, der Parkplatz ist auch sehr schmutzig gewesen und augenscheinlich wurde dort auch schon des längeren nichts mehr modernisiert/instandgesetzt. Die Parkuhren sind absolut bescheiden angebracht (Sonne im Rücken - im Display nichts zu erkennen, keine Überdachung). Der Zugang zum Strand hat auch schon die besten Jahre hintersich. Die Radfahrer sind einfach nur Rücksichtslos unterwegs (Fahrad-Straße muss man passieren, sonst geht es nicht zum Strand und zu den Bars und...

Belangrijk baken voor Scheveningen en van grote afstand te zien. Bovenaan is het ook goed vertoeven tijdens de vuurwerkshows. Beneden is de boulevard helemaal vernieuwd en geeft Scheveningen weer een beetje klasse, dus ideaal om vanaf hier te flaneren richting Kurhaus en weer terug. Ik begreep dat er ook een museum in de vuurtoren is. Goed bereikbaar met de auto. Beter is het op de fiets. Om de hoek ligt de haven van Scheveningen met de visafslag en lekkere vistentjes of je loopt zo naar het Noordelijk Havenhoofd om even uit te waaien. Het kan hier wel druk zijn...
