Such awesome service right from the get go Akio was so helpful in helping me select the spa I was looking for. I went for the SX which I am loving. It was delivered the exact day and time he said it would be by the 2 most lovely guys who also were very helpful. I really recommend this company for anyone wanting a Spa. Went to botany showroom today to buy a spa that I had looked at at Xmas but was unable to show my husband until today your salesman was not interested in us unless I asked him a question which I had a few in between questions he went back to his phone I was pretty peeved as I had to do all the asking instead of volunteering us info the lady at Xmas was delightful he bagged the opposition alpine spas my husband and I really wanted that spa but don't want to give him our money !!!
