Average overall experience here. Went in, spent just over $5k on a Samsung phone, Surface Pro, blender and airfrier. That was about as good as it got. The service wasn't too bad there. I had to go to another store to collect the Surface Pro. No worries there. Got home, opened the Pro, qrong colour. Frustrating. Ring the store, no answer and through to customer care. Rudely told that the error was all my fault and I should have been more careful and asked the staff to ensure I had the correct products inside the unopened box before leaving. I questioned this for my own clarification and again was told it was my responsibility to ensure that I had asked the staff to make sure I had been given the correct products. She told me that it was company policy to not exchange the product as it was my fault. I returned to the store the next day only to be told that this is not correct and they will swap it out. The manager called over the staff member who to confirm some details. He turned around and try to tell his manager that I asked for this particular colour product which I refused to accept. He just didn't want to get in trouble. We brought up the advert online that we discussed the day prior, confirmed the coliur as we had agreed on and it was then he realised I was in the right and he was accusing me of something wrong. Read moreDo not shop here. As soon as I entered the store, four salesmen ambushed me and the person i was with asking if we needed any help. Instantly it put us off the place. I was here with my brother who was buying a new phone, and already knew what phone he wanted. He told one of the salesmen that he would like to buy the S23, then the salesmen instantly tried to persuade him into buying the S24. He was very pushy, and wasn't taking no for an answer. He did not get a sale at all. Just near to us while this was taking place, another salesman was talking to an older couple. I overheard that the lady buying a new phone only needed a phone to text and call. Instantly the worker started showing her extremely EXPENSIVE phones that were way too fancy for what she needed. It was clear he was trying to scam them, and he was assuming that they weren't tech savvy. I eyeballed him for a while and he looked super uncomfortable. Eventually I straight up told them that he was trying to scam them into buying something they didn't need. They thanked me. I wish I had gotten these two lovely gentleman's names, as I would not hesitate to name and shame these absolute sharks. Absolute scummy behaviour. Keep in mind these salespeople work off commisions, so the more you spend, the more they get. Do your research before hand, so you can notice when they're trying to get more money out of you. Read moreReally poor service. My gift card was two days expired and I got it, that's why I was asking for some assistance. Matt (the Sales Assistant) was so unfriendly and seemed like he didn't want to assist us. He said that their manager was away for holiday and only he can approve because only head office needs to reactivate the card. Then I asked for the supervisor, Zahil, who was also incompetent and didn't want to help. When I asked if I could call customer service regarding my gift card, he said 'if you can'. I got in touch with customer service and spoke with Tasha, who worked flawlessly without any hesitation. A new e-gift card was sent to me and my issue was resolved within 10 minutes. I worked in retail, that's why I know Zahil and Matt could do something about it. I don't expect them to call CS, as I don't think they will go the extra mile to help their customer. But at least be more positive and give us options as we purchased thousands of dollars from your store, the least thing you could do for your customers is to give us hope that you will try to help us. In the end, I was the one who discovered how to solve my issue. An intensive training would be good for both of them as I don't think they know their job properly, both are incompetent.
