Kosco — Local services in Christchurch

Unfortunately I’ve been experiencing very poor customer service at this store for awhile now. Products are great but I’ve noticed that many employees are very respectful to Korean-speaking customers, but when serving me (english speaking korean person) they often don’t say hello, thank you or anything at all! I’ve only had one friendly experience, and it can feel unwelcoming as a customer even if unintentional.

Good location, excellent service and nice range of items. I agree that is may be smaller than the other Koscos in Christchurch, but it has all the essentials and the small shop makes it nice and easy to shop in.

The manager is always friendly and helpful whenever you need help, and the staff always greet customers warmly.

Sale items vary from time to time so it’s always nice to check out the shop...
