Very bad experience, I took my 5 year old daughter there today, she was scared at first and need some help and encouragement , we don’t know there is some kind of rules there like you can’t go inside to help your kid where they play,nobody told us when we entered and their staff keep asking us to came out of it, first time I said okay I will not go until it’s needed but other 2 times I just go to help my daughter to go up on the thing there to jump, their staff didn’t allow me to help her. So disappointed and we left in between the session because my daughter wasn’t able to use that place. I said I want my money back but they refused, it’s not cheap and we have wasted our day and money there. Heads up to parents whose kids need help, you guys gonna wasted your money going there. Got reply from the owner, instead of accepting there misbehaving, saying that I should be considered to pay, so Mr owner if I would know that I have to pay to help my daughter before come in , there wouldn’t be any issue, it’s your responsibility to tell new customers about your rules, nobody have heaps of time like you to read all the instructions at the reception before come in, if we have to read those then why are you there at reception, just say read and follow the instructions to go in 🤦♀️, good...
Read moreWorse experience at a trampoline park ever, the staff were only interested in interacting with each other and not the children, 15min into our visit one of the staff broke one off the trampolines which resulted in quarter of the tramps being closed off which left no long tramps where the bigger ones do tricks & flips ect, couldn't use basketball hoops cos young kids jumping on tramps underneath, kids doing flips ect with little kids running on tramps getting bowled over and hurt, I asked for refund since had not been there long but was told they would give me 1 free entry cos half our session was over even tho had only been there 15min, but was told could only get it if we leave immediately, then cos I was on phone the guy went and told my children that they got a free pass so had to leave now, very rudely, wasn't asked for Covid pass ether even tho says on website you need to...
Read moreAbsolutely rude staff! Decided to go along for my nephews 5th birthday but couldn’t jump due to health conditions. My son that is 2 and a half that is unable to walk was bouncing on his knees and I was not allowed anywhere near the trampoline (not even on the mats to supervise my son and help him if he needed it). The girl with blue hair was rude and talked over top of us and the other one with brown hair and a fringe wasn’t any better. When asking to talk to the manager all we got was ‘we are sorry this happened’ with the other two girls smiling away behide him. Maybe improve your customer service and stop being rude to people that pay heaps to jump.
