They took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes. Since a large group of teenagers came in at that moment, I decided to take a walk and come back. Arriving back 15 minutes later with no order appearing to be ready, I sat down to wait. I then noticed the teenagers started to receive their orders. I walked up to the counter and he said 'Order 14?' since that was the last one yelled out. "No... 5" I replied which had him scrabbling to find my order. Turns out his hand written note of my order had been dropped on the floor and they didn't even realise. No explanation was given, I only know this because I saw him find it there. So - another wait. Eventually I got my order and it was a decent meal, but come on! They need to sort their processes out to avoid this...

Terrible today. Oil is too old, saving money by not replacing it when due? So the potato fritters and fish batter were just thick oily and brown, and full of oil. I couldn't even taste the fish due to the oily thick brown batter. Makes me feel sick a bit. Fish was small, doesn't bother me, potato fritters small, but cheap, that's ok, hot dogs small, a bit rubbish but ok, chips were ok, But when you are being served oily brown batter that's thick and full of oil that's dominant and taking away the pleasure of having fish and chips, it's truly awful. I've had so much better from this shop in the past. What is going on? Is it that they are trying to save money by not changing the oil and using it way beyond when it should be changed? DaveH,...

We placed an order over the phone, they said it’d be 20 mins until the food was ready. We arrived 20 mins after the call, waited a few mins and asked where our order was. They hadn’t started it yet and it was at the back of the cue. They said they were going to prioritise it. We left and went back after 10 mins, asked again and they still hadn’t started the order. When I asked they said maybe another 20 mins. Once we got the food, we left, got to our destination to find a few items of our order missing and ‘replaced’ with other stuff, without communicating it to us.
