Panda Mart, the newest addition to Auckland - Pakuranga’s retail landscape, has quickly become a game-changer with its groundbreaking price range and an exceptional variety that caters to every conceivable need. Nestled in the heart of the city, this store is a shopping haven that beckons customers with the promise of affordability without compromising on quality.

One of the standout features of Panda Mart is its revolutionary pricing strategy. From everyday essentials to specialty items, the prices seem almost too good to be true. This commitment to affordability is a breath of fresh air in an era where the cost of living is a constant concern. As a customer, navigating the aisles feels like embarking on a treasure hunt where incredible deals are the hidden gems waiting to be discovered.

The sheer variety offered at Panda Mart is nothing short of outstanding. It's a one-stop destination where you can find everything from fresh produce to electronics, home goods, and beyond. The well-organized layout ensures that every section is easily accessible, creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. It's evident that the store has been meticulously curated to meet the diverse needs of the community.

The grocery section at Panda Mart is a paradise for food enthusiasts. The fresh produce is not only abundant but also of exceptional quality. The aisles are stocked with both local and international products, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The convenience of finding everything under one roof is a testament to the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Beyond groceries, Panda Mart houses an array of non-food items, each representing the latest trends and technological advancements. The electronics section, in particular, boasts a collection that rivals specialized tech stores. The affordability factor extends here as well, making it an attractive destination for tech enthusiasts and budget-conscious shoppers alike.

The staff at Panda Mart deserves commendation for their friendly and helpful demeanor. Navigating a store with such a vast inventory can be overwhelming, but the attentive and approachable staff members are always ready to assist. Their product knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile contribute to the overall positive shopping experience.

In terms of ambiance, Panda Mart strikes a balance between modern aesthetics and a welcoming atmosphere. The bright, well-lit spaces create a sense of openness, while the thoughtfully designed displays showcase products without overwhelming the senses. It's a place where shopping feels like a leisurely exploration rather than a hurried task.

In conclusion, Panda Mart is a revolutionary addition to Auckland's retail landscape. Its groundbreaking price range, coupled with an outstanding variety of products, ensures that customers not only find what they need but also enjoy the process of discovery. Whether you're seeking groceries, electronics, or household goods, Panda Mart stands as a beacon of affordability and convenience. It's more than just a store; it's a testament to the transformative power of accessible and diverse retail options. I love going to Panda mart, it's true it's a one stop shop, great prices! but the only thing I hate the most in this shop is the customer service. I understand that most of the Chinese staff here are struggling to conversate in English, but being rude to customers are unacceptable. There are some instances:

My husband is asking where can he find an item, the lady staff seems busy writing something, she then shouted "17!", at my husband, he asked again to re-confirm, she shouted "17!". I was on a bit far but I heard the scream so I turned my head and saw her face scowling, she is clearly irritated and hostile. Because of how she treated my husband, I came and told her about shouting at him, she didn't look or apologize at all.

We are looking for something but lady staff cannot understand so my husband said he'll show her a photo then he quickly browsed on his phone, she said, "ok you look for it" and then she left us abruptly, she's gone and escaped.

In the furniture area, I told a young man (staff) that I want to buy the dresser, he is not really approachable, his head is always down on his gadget, he answered "tell me where is it", I pointed it out to him, he walked and left fast to the counter, we didn't even hear him saying to follow him to the counter to pay. I told him that I also want to buy a computer chair, "he said you should have told me earlier!", that angered me and my husband so I told him what do you mean? can you repeat what you said to me?!" my husband said "but you rushed to the counter and never asked us if we are buying anything else!"

There were few bad encounters aside from these so be careful when you ask a staff in panda mart, they will only ruin your day. Staff won't even look at you and pretend to be deaf so you won't ask questions.

The manager though is really kind (I think he is a manager)! He has a faded/shaved hair cut. He assisted us with everything we need, so everytime I go to this store, I know who to talk to. I also like the Indian lady in the...

I visited Panda Mart around 8 PM with my parents, younger brother and 6-months pregnant wife. Around 9 PM, a staff member named Son approached us and said, “We are closed, walk to the counter.” They didn’t make any announcement about closing time and since it’s a big store, it’s hard for people to constantly check the time.

I didn’t refuse i politely explained that my brother was in another section and asked if I could quickly call him so we could leave together, but the staff member became aggressive, shouted at me and even claimed to be the manager when i ask him that i wanna talk to your manager or supervisor.

While we were leaving, he told security to trespass me without reason. The next day, I called the store and spoke to the manager (Liz, as I was told). At first, she said she’d investigate, but shortly after I received a call from panda mart security saying I was trespassed from Panda Mart. Call was from random mobile number. Not from the store number. When I called manager back, she said, “A lot of people refuse to leave and staff want to go home on time.” I told her, “That’s not my fault I was leaving peacefully.” She then falsely claimed I refused to leave thats why they giving me trespass and she refused to email me a trespass in written with valid reason. Honestly, after this experience they don’t even deserve 1 star.

This experience caused stress and emotional distress, especially for my pregnant wife. Panda Mart’s customer service, staff behavior and complaint handling are extremely unprofessional and show no respect for customers. I will be raising this matter with the Human Rights Commission and Disputes Tribunal.

I will never visit Panda Mart again, no matter if they issue a trespass or not. But I will surely lodge a complaint so that in the future, they learn from this incident and train their staff properly on how to treat and speak...

Think Panda, think China, think big, think cuddly. It sums it up really but there is more. It's cheap. It's taken up the whole floor area of the old Farmers in Pakuranga Plaza. It reminds me of a hybrid of Costco (minus the food), Bunnings (with all the hardware and tools) and the 2 dollar shop. If you can picture that and would like an interesting shopping experience, this is the place. I have taken a whole lot of photos of the aisles with its various products. Some that piqued my interest were outdoor furniture, some interesting swings, cheap tools, amazingly cheap art pieces, storage solutions......and much more. Even though some staff have poor command of English, there are a significant number of Filipino staff who speak fluent English. Do enjoy the experience.

I bought a $2.30 pack of candles from this Pandamart and when I opened it at home, 2 out of 3 were broken. The next day I went back to ask for an exchange, but the customer service lady (who claimed to be “in charge”) was extremely rude. She kept insisting it was my fault for not checking before buying, even though the damage was inside the sealed pack and impossible to see. When I tried to explain, she simply took my candles, put them outside in the flowerbed, and refused to talk to me any further. It’s not about the $2.30, but about principle and basic respect. I’ve never experienced such poor service in New Zealand before. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
