Marlborough Park — Attraction in Kaipātiki

One of the larger parks in the Glenfield area. Very easily accessible from road and public transport. The play area for kids are well maintained and clean. Many rides, swings, trampolines make it a favourite for toddlers. The nearby tennis club, basket ball court and skateboard park ensure that teenagers and adults also have a thing or more to do here. Pretty cool park. Bigger than i thought. Got trampolines, water play, swings, climbing wall, skate park, flying fox, rope jungle gym, bbq with 2 tables, basketball court, exercise machine things, large seats almost like a picnic mat but a seat (we used it like a picnic mat haha). The rope jungle gym and flying fox were quite far from the rest of the other stuff tho so its kinda odd setup. The playground here is very well equiped and provides lots of fun. Soft mats on all small children play areas, has water play, jungle gyms, sound play, a basketball court, a skate park for bigger kids and a flying fox all situated on Marlborough Park which is a cool place for a leisurely stroll even if you aren’t here for the playground.
