I recently got my lash extensions done, The bed had hairs on it, my lashes started falling out literally as soon as left. So disappointing. I asked for lightly tinted brows but she said that she took initiative and fully tinted them without my permission. When I asked to atleast remove some of the tint, she handed me a wipe and told me to do it myself while she went to answer the phone. Would not recommend and will not be returning in the future.
Edit to respond to owners comment on my initial review: No I did not get the chance to express that I was dissatisfied as both employees were busy when I left.One was with another customer and the other was on the phone. I respectfully said thank you as that’s the appropriate thing to say. However, before I got my lashes done, the bed had lots of hairs on it and when the lady asked me to lay down I hesitated and started to pick the hairs off the bed, AND THEN she insisted on changing the top sheet. ( that should have been prior to me even arriving ). Also, before the lady who did my lashes and tinted my eye brows left, I had explicitly said to her, that I was unhappy with the brows and was not what I asked for. And she said “ yes I know, but I did them like this on purpose”. Regardless of what I had asked for. When I asked for the wipes, was due to her team mate calling out” are you almost done in there, the phone is ringing” and then handed me the wipe and to do it myself. Yes I was late to my INITIAL appointment, however I called in advance to shift the appointment to 11.30 which I was told was fine. While I was in my car , a few lashes on the right started to fall out and my eye on the left was really itchy so I gently touched It and more lashes fell out. I get my lashes done frequently and this was the 1st time this had happened. Regardless of whether I used a groupon gift voucher or not, the service and quality should not change so no idea how that’s even relevant from your comment. Couple of days after I made a booking, they wanted to change my booking time. Which is totally okay… things happened right?
They booked me for massage when my Grab-one coupon clearly indicates that it is for WAXING… So, I had to wait (not so long though I was still okay).
The wax-er is not professional… and she complained me that she must charge more since I did not wax for last couple of months.
Totally understandable, but they are selling one off coupon from grab-one and should have clearly indicate for the extra charges.
I am still bleeding…and some part of my skin tear off… it hurts so bad!!!!
Now, I am not OKAY!!!!! So, I am leaving this review. I do not want A refund or your apology! I had enough and just want to let the others know how poor your services are!
Here is what I think: A professional waxer does not ask to hold my skin. A professional waxer does not tear my skin off A professional waxer does not hurt me A LOT. (This is important) It hurts but not A LOT.
I did not waxed for couple of months. So I was OKAY with paying extra. But!! A professional waxer cuts hairs then wax right ?! so it less hurts!!! A professional waxer does not complain so much in front of their customers and make them embarrass.

I came back and they took another walk in before me. No problem, I had gone away and come back, FIFS is fair. When she was done with that client she invited me into the treatment room (I note not washing hands after last client). She straightened up the disposable sheet after the previous client. I asked her to change it (they should always be changed between clients and the bed sanitised). When she was getting a fresh sheet, I took a closer look around and saw that the plastic bed protector was filthy, and used tools from previous client lying around on the bench.
