We were looking to buy something this morning. Witnessed something that put us off immediately. While we were deciding what we would buy, we noticed staff were bagging items from the cabinets, which seemed normal enough. So we asked a couple of questions about what was what, staff kept answers very one sided, as if they didn't really want to talk, which, as a customer is already off putting. Yes, it was a public holiday, but you still should show customers some politiness, as we attempted to be polite to you because we are aware working on a public holiday sucks. But wbat really got us that made us not want to order, while grabbing some scones or something from the shelf to put in to a plastic bag, the person DROPPED the the scones ON TO THE GROUND. And then HE PICKED THEM UP AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE CABINET. Made me doubt whether the rest of the food had been through the same treatment. Not planning to go back...
