Sorrento in the Park — Attraction in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki

We would like to commend Sorrento for the beautiful wedding day we got to experience at their venue, from the preparations to the day of , our wedding experience was the best that we could possibly ask for and we are so glad that we chose Sorrento. Everything from the ceremony lawn to reception hall was arranged beautifully , we and all our guests were happy and comfortable. It was a bonus that there is an indoor option at venue in case of rain and the surrounding park is perfect for wedding photos the location is very convenient. And also very affordable.

Shirley we can’t thank you enough for the hospitality and service we received from you during our day you were above helpful through every element in making sure the events transitioned in a timely manner and most importantly keeping our nerves in check , we really appreciated your support.

Neil, thank you for organizing our day , you were so helpful through out which really made the planning process easier. A very BIG thank you for the dinner served, our guests first remarks were how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was, everyone loved the food which was quite important to us, and they all loved the Salmon some even said it was the best they’ve Ever had!! Thank you again we cannot express that enough,

Our day is surely one to remember, if you are planning a wedding in Auckland and are looking for a wedding venue Sorrento is the perfect choice and the most value for money.

All my guests truly enjoyed the occasion and I am a firm believer that no other venue competes with Sorrento in the Park for perfect personalised picturesque weddings.

Such great value for money & it was money well spent in my eyes-some of my guests even thought it was such a reasonable fair price for all that the package included!

I or my Husband couldn't have been more happier with the venue, food, service and staff.

We felt truly humbled & blessed.

Married: Saturday 26th May 2018 (most recent as of today 😉) .. Sam & I would like to thank you both Neil & Shirley & your staff for an amazing day we had last Saturday .. Thank you for all your help and your support throughout the week leading to the day .. The feedback from everyone was 'amazing' and 'perfect' .. They loved every minute of it .. The delicious canapes and the dinner menu ?? WOW sooooo delicious NO ONE was disappointed, in fact, they are still buzzing out about it .. I didnt stress trying to organise any decorations as EVERYTHING was all included .. The venue itself was just PERFECT .. So happy the weather pulled through which we were able to have our Ceremony in the beautiful garden .. Both Neil & Shirley were with me before I walked down the steps towards the aisle and reassured me that I would be fine .. From Start to Finish, Shirley you were my angel .. We really felt comfortable and relaxed, exactly how we wanted it .. Always checking to see if we were ok and at the end of the night, walked us out to our car .. Thank you so much for making our day a memorable and unforgettable one to us, our families & our friends .. Keep up the awesome work Neil & Shirley .. You guys are amazing...
