Unwind and inhale the fresh sea air along the foreshore on this awesome walkway. 12.7 k walk, cycle. run from the port to Rewa Rewa Bridge. On a stormy day you can be exposed to the elements. Along the walk you will always see Mt Taranaki in the background.Where else can you see a majestic mountain with snow whilst walking along the foreshore. Beautiful sights to see along the way like the wind wand and Chaddys Charters. Passing Surf clubs , one with a cafe and a pop up cafe before the surf clubs. Fitzroy motor camp before the Rewa Rewa bridge comes into view. Toilets along the way and even a bike pump by the surf club. Highly recommend this wonderful picturesque walkway.
