Proof and Stock — Restaurant in North Island

My recent interaction with Proof & Stock Coffee has left me feeling incredibly let down and frustrated. At the beginning of December, I decided to support this local coffee shop by purchasing one of their t-shirts. Unfortunately, when the shirt arrived, it was damaged. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I reached out to them on Instagram to explain the situation and asked if they could replace the damaged shirt. Initially, they seemed understanding and agreed to send me a new one.

However, as weeks went by and the replacement t-shirt failed to arrive, my patience started to wear thin. In February, after waiting for far too long, I decided to reach out to them again, expressing my disappointment and asking for an update. To my dismay, I never received a response. Undeterred, I continued to send messages, hoping for some sort of acknowledgment or resolution. Despite my efforts, all of my messages were read by the owner, yet I was met with complete silence.

As someone who values supporting local businesses, this experience has been disheartening, to say the least. Not only did I receive a damaged product, but the lack of communication and follow-through from Proof & Stock Coffee is truly unacceptable.
