Today my bride of nearly 56 years and I took our eleven year old granddaughter to visit the Thames Museum. The exhibits are simply enthralling. We were there for an hour and a half. The entry fee is a very modest five dollars per adult, or ten dollars for two adults and a child.
How good is it? Well, an hour and a half is nowhere near enough time to explore, study and simply enjoy all it has to offer. We'll go back again and gladly pay our five dollars each again to give it the attention it deserves. To the dedicated team who devised the museum and carefully assembled, arranged and displayed the exhibits to best advantage, to those who continue to curate them and who serve the public who visit the museum, you are superb. Thank you.
To the rest of you, get in there and spend some time. You'll learn a lot about the people who made Thames what it is today. And you'll be delighted...
