It's was so much fun! They have a building off the bridge which is where you can store your belongings and get geared up. You are allowed to bring phones and cameras up on the bridge. Then entire walk on the bridge you are attached to a cable for safety. The jumping platform is almost halfway across the bridge. You do have to climb some ladders so if a companion that wants to watch but not jump (they charge a fee) is in need of an elevator they won't be able to make it all the way up. You jump off facing the city so they can hangout along the road where you start walking on the bridge and they can see you jump from there. Once you are in the jumping hangar it's a mostly enclosed area that looks like it would stay dry in wet weather but a wall does open up like a garage door for when people are jumping. Music was playing loudly the whole time and actually helped me calm my nerves before jumping. Employees determine the order of who jumps. Once you are on the edge about the jump you have to wait for the all clear since boats are actively passing under the bridge. If you want to get dunked in the water you can let the crew know and they'll make the adjustments needed. Cameras are hung up in multiple locations so your jump is beautifully captured! We all filmed each other's jump but you can't see a person's entire jump from the hangar. Video and pictures package that they sell is worth every penny! Entire staff was so friendly and you get a certificate and t-shirt...

i took my kids 4 off them to jump for the first time. theyre aged 10-14. i wanted to see the looks on their faces as they jumped off but when we got their the workers told us we had to pay $20 to go to the platform would be the best place to see them. so i paid $60 as i had my wife and youngest daughter not jumping as she was under age and we all were marched into the pod by the photographer who said ill be over their you all need to go upstairs. i coudnt see anything from the pod, their faces , their expressions and i asked several times wheres the best place to watch and record and take photos and the only reply i got was anywhere in this pod is fine. as i was walking down the stairs after they all had jumped i noticed a sign saying viewing platform with an arrow pointing to it. I asked the staff member was i allowed their she said yes. i said why didnt anyone tell me. i coudnt see anything at all from where i was, she just said sorry that was it. they purposly didnt let me go into that section as the photographer was their and when we went back to base wanted to charge $80 for each child. very very dissapointed i didnt get to see the look on my kids faces or get to record it on my own device. It just left a sour taste and was upset all...

Jules was very nice young man whom escorted us to the jump point and was also my photography… such a lovely demeanor.

It was a nice touch to have the ability to select a song to get us the mood for the jump.

The video came out great (my only wish would be to have a copy of the drone video shots we saw at the shop that shows the bridge and sample jumper… great footage) and love that I purchased the photo+video package.

Coming from the cruse ship, we are always nervous about non-refundable reservations. Booked last minute just to make sure there were no last minute changes to the itinerary as the ship had an emergency and briefly started to head back to Sydney for a medical emergency.

Thank you for having me although I was the only jumper at 3pm coming from the RCL Ovation cruise ship. Was a very nice surprise to have a private experience!

Staff at the shop also assisted with calling us a taxi. Initially, the 1st service wanted prepayment which sounded fishy so another representative called a reliable service your company uses more often. Appreciated all your help with transportation ❤️

Will be sure to tag you guys on...

I've had the wonderful experience of doing both the Bungy and the Bridge Walk on seperate occasions. Both times the staff were seriously incredible; very encouraging and knowledgable about all that was about to unfold. The Bungy I did as a costumed character for a previous role (yes that was my real job) and I had so much fun getting the footage plus the bungy itself was an experience everyone needs to do at least once. The Birdge Walk I did with my partner for his birthday and again, we had a blast. The crew had a great sense of humour and made sure we got all the "money shots". The view were lovely despite the weather being less than ideal. If you're thinking about doing it; do it! I'd say, if you're nervous, try the bridge walk first; you'll gain a level of comfort with the experience and be able to see others successfully do the bungy. If you think you might do both, book them together and get the best of both worlds. It's definitely an experience you don't want to miss!
