Went there today 14th January.

Positives: Great location, great pricing, Pools were refreshing and the kids had fun.

Negatives: Parking is really really bad literally only 20 parks or less by the venue then have to walk miles to park around the streets

Not enough seating areas to sit and bugga all shade around the pool they could do with a big shade sail over the pool?

Customer services is average they don’t answer phone calls, return emails or return voicemails

Don’t bother about booking bbq and shade umbrella as they said it available for us then when we got there and apparently not so wasn’t the most enjoyable experience was planning to spend most of the day there inside we only did an hour

Noticed a lot of rubbish lying around everywhere inside the venue not enough staff cleaning up. lifts, toilets and changing rooms could do with some attention

The salt water burns eyes really really bad not ideal for kids as they end up crying and just want to get out. I used to own a salt water pool and I could easily open my eyes under water and wouldn’t effect them why is this so...

Facilities are good and the pool is excellent. Lots of lifeguards who do their job rather than just standing around. However, the cafe was a massive let down. I waited 30minutes for an iced mocha at 11am. At first there was only one staff member visible who had to do coffee and hot food orders, so I can understand there being a bit of a wait time. However then a second staff member came to help (I think she was actually lifeguard judging by what she was wearing by) who didn’t really help at all. It was obvious she didn’t know how to work a coffee machine, and if she did, not very well. A further two staff members arrived and started to help get the coffees out. I am a student and use to work in hospitality so I am sympathetic and know how demanding it can be when you have lots of orders to do, but a 30min wait with 4 staff members helping is just insane. It wasn’t even peak time, so I don’t know how they would manage this situation during peak. Like I said, the rest of the facilities are good, but the cafe...

Awesome pools. The kiddie pool is shallower and heated and the larger pool is unheated and super deep, which is fantastic in summer when you need to cool off. Swim lanes are roped off Lots of cool water toys - an aqua obstacle course, diving board and an in pool playground. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Being a hot summer weekend day it was jam packed today but unfortunately this also meant extra pressure on the changing rooms/bathrooms. Can't speak for the male change rooms but unfortunately while the female changing rooms were bright, airy and clean the female bathrooms were absolutely beyond atrocious. The toilets stank like a pot of marinated mussels that had been sitting in the sun for 3 days and the shower drains were completely clogged and the murky shower water was backed up to ankle deep with clumps of hair floating round in it 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I let the desk staff know but honestly it was so gross and off putting...
