10.30pm Wednesday night, I click the chatbot on the website to ask about fish sauce. I was expecting a generic robotic reply but to my surprise, someone from Foody started responding. After 15 mins of chat i'd filled my cart with fish sauce, rice noodles, special beef broth, seaweed noodles, vinegar, chilli sauce and was directed to their blog for an authentic spring roll recipe. My fave though was instructions on how to cook my rice noodles so they're not gluggy (cook on low heat, test with fingers so they're the right texture, immediately remove and rinse thoroughly with cold water).
