Gladstone Park Playground — Attraction in Waitematā

During popular times usually there are dogs running near the playground off the lesh. My daughter is now too scared to go to this playground from several occasions of dog running up to her in the playground. When I ask dog owners to put a lesh on their dogs they get defensive and say "its fine, my dog is friendly". I wish the council would put up some signs to explain that dogs need to be on the lesh, which...

Fun playground to burn off some energy,toilets available, lots of lovely trees be great shade during hot summer days, a seperate playground for toddlers,and lots of grass to picnic on....seating and tables available..quick walk across the road to the beautiful...

Lovely playground except for the many loose dogs running on the playground scaring my kids. Wish the public would follow dog rules and Auckland Council would enforce the law. Unfortunately not very safe for babies on the playground as big dogs come running...
