2/08 I was super excited to visit this clinic today for the first time, this excitement was not to last. Iāve had a very horrible disturbing experience. I had to leave within about 20minutes of session paying full price! I came in for acupuncture and as this is my first time here, I asked Jenny very nicely, are the needles one time use, she confirmed they were and I made a comment saying ājust checking, I donāt want to come here with one problem and leave with twoā , she did not understand the saying and pressed me on what I meant by this, so I had to explain, she was so frustrated that she sat back on a seat sighing in anger, she did not seem interested in continuing the treatment. I apologised and explained I just needed to be sure. Her sense of anger make me very uncomfortable, this was JUST before my acupuncture needles were going to be put inā¦you can certainly understand how uncomfortable Iād become as a patient. I need to be able to trust the person inserting needles and at this point my body became stressed really fast and I couldnāt relax in fear. Why was she so so so very angry that Iād check that the needles were disposable, Iām new to acupuncture, I need to understand this and know. Is it not ok to ask a question. Jenny does not realise I traveled over 40min to arrive today. I wanted to meet her and see if she could help me with other treatments I was considering from her own raving reviews on her website( do not trust this). I could have been a client you would have seen for the next 6 month or longer but now after meeting you for 20min I will make sure I warn people about you and your clinic, mark my word on this. I will post on social networks to make sure I warn others. How dare you have the nerve to just let me leave only 20minutes into the session, now I have MAJOR pain due to your acupressure and not the whole treatment, Jenny seemed relieved when Iād gotten up and charged me full price, yet she did not finish the work Iād paid for. She was not apologetic in any way, shape or form! Iām so upset, as a customer I asked one simple question. At the end she tried to compare my question to her asking the restaurant if they use clean utensils. Iām sorry, itās not the same Jenny, we are talking about needles and blood here, this can put a person at risk of serious illness. It must be always ok for someone to ask about your practice, if everything is hygienic, than why did you become so defensive about a simple question. The clinic also does not look like the image you see here on google, itās like some back ally kind of clinic. I cannot believe what has just happened today. Iāve been sitting in my car crying for another 30minutes trying to take it all in. This is so so disturbing Natural Harmony Clinic! Also thanks for stealing my hard earned money for nothing! I paid for one hour and only got 10minutes of consultation and 10min of treatment. Iām in so much pain now that I need to find somewhere close by to get urgent treatment so I can travel back home safely. This is so so so disturbing Jenny, Natural...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor anyone feeling discouraged about conceiving or have had a miscarriage, and looking for a natural treatment that is actually synergistic for your health, I strongly encourage you to meet with Jenny at the clinic. You will never know what could be the other outcome if you don't try TCM acupuncture with an open mind.
I conceived after 3 months of weekly treatments and a HSG procedure (recommended by Jenny) and now I'm week 14 into my pregnancy and continues to be cared for by her. I'm so grateful and thank God for this amazing miracle and also to Jenny for so many reasons. Not only is she experienced, skilful, attentive and genuinely cares for my situation, she also educates with detail on what is going on. Something seriously lacking in the private gynae doctor I went to (and lost trust in unfortunately). This is my story and anyone reading this, don't give up yet on your fertility journey, there is hope, your body is an amazing design and given the right environment it can thrive.
I'm 38yrs old, and had been trying to conceive for nearly 2 yrs. When it wasn't working I wondered if it was just due to stress. Last year I had an ectopic pregnancy and had an emergency laparoscopy. They discovered endometriosis, including an 8cm endometrioma cyst on my ovary and a fibroid 3.5cm. I had no idea! The gynaecologist strongly advised the IVF route and did not think natural conception was possible, removing the cyst was also not advised as it would reduce my fertility chances. So I was left with the understanding that a naturally pregnancy was not possible as long as the cyst remained. However I hung to hope, convinced that the diagnosis was incomplete and given my condition, the chance of IVF success is greatly diminished (something doctor did not disclose). IVF could be the way for some women, but doesn't mean it is the best for others. I was dumfounded the gynae didn't mention anything about the effect of diet and lifestyle for my endometriosis and came away very disheartened, and felt like I was treated a statistic rather than a person. It made me question why it wasn't looked at holistically. I changed to a low inflammatory diet after that and then months later stumbled upon Natural Harmony after reading all the positive google reviews. It was the best decision ever to seek treatment from Jenny, she suggested that I do a HSG, to check fallopian tube patency. Surprise surprise, both my tubes were absolutely free flowing, no blockage at all, not affected by the endometriosis. Right after this procedure and having the 3-month acupuncture treatment, I conceived. During my week 12 scan, even the sonographer was amazed at the pregnancy and encouraged me to share my story, because getting pregnant with endometriosis is quite difficult.
So don't lose hope! I can't stress enough the importance of finding the right medical and TCM professionals to journey with you. Thank you so much for the invaluable support and encouragement at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to be Jenny's patient. with her help, I successfully got pregnant and gave birth to my son. I have a 9-year-old mini Schnauzer, unfortunately diagnosed with chronic kidney failure at the beginning of this year. The situation began to deteriorate in May. The dog started not eating and his legs kept trembling. We took him to the vet and also specialist . After staying in the hospital for a week, the situation did not improve at all. And the dog began to have diarrhea. The vet told me that if I bring my dog home, it may only have a few weeks left. Because I am a Chinese, and I know the magic of Chinese medicine and acupuncture. So I took my dog out of the hospital and asked Jenny to help him with acupuncture. I learned that there are specialized traditional Chinese medicine veterinarians in China. It can effectively treat some pet diseases with acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
After the first acupuncture treatment, which lasted only half an hour, my husband and I were surprised to see that the dog's legs did not tremble as much as before. The next morning, the dog began to take the initiative to eat. This was the first time in nearly two weeks that he has taken the initiative to eat. This means that his appetite is starting to improve.
We were really happy. I know the greatness of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, but I didn't expect it would be so effective for dogs. Now I take my dog to have acupuncture twice a week and treat him with Chinese medicine. The dog's current physical condition is quite good. I know that chronic kidney failure is irreversible, and his life has already entered the countdown. I just want to prolong his life as much as possible through...
