On Tuesday, June 11th, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, I visited your store outlet located at Portage Road in New Lynn. During my visit, I selected a black dress with a red sale sticker clearly indicating a price of $25. However, upon proceeding to the checkout counter to make my purchase, the cashier informed me that the actual price was $35 due to alleged markups.

I believe this was an arbitrary decision made by the cashier, as there was no transparent or visible indication of any price changes. Additionally, the music within the store was excessively loud, creating a challenging environment for customers to effectively communicate while shopping.

I kindly request that Pagani management address these concerns promptly. It is crucial that staff members treat customers with respect and adhere to accurate pricing practices. Failure to address these issues may result in further escalation, including reporting the matter to consumer rights organizations. Hi Pagani, On my recent visit to your store, (whereby I purchased some items) only to be told NO SALE PRICE AFTER BEING PROCESSED, I find out that you have FULL PRICE in store & cheaper sale prices online on different days. HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT SIZE TO PURCHASE ONLINE, & TRYING TO RETURN WOULD BW A NIGHTMARE ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE WRONG SIZE/ FIT ETC

It is extremely difficult for a consumer to purchase this way. On having a bad experience in your store as you dont give refunds for your goods. ONLY A CREDIT NOTE! YOU NEED TO PUT A SIGN UP IN STORE TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW ! INSTEAD OF TRICKING THEM.

Yesterday I came here with my friend, at 11:45, and a new stock of clothes arrived, this one staff at the counter told me not to touch the clothes and said I couldn't purchase anything, because they aren't scanned in. But when another woman came to purchase out of the new stock she agreed and let her. But didn't allow me?
