So I went to buy sally hansen leg make up and found a small pack but there was no price on it. I wanted to check the price for that product so I asked a staff member who was an old lady she said you cant buy it because its a promotion. I was like what does that mean but she was not very helpful ans started serving other customer as if I am not important. She was not helpful at all. I found another lady named Mala who atleast wanted to help me and was really nice too but she was not from the cosmetic section thats why she didnt know much she grabbed sally hansen's booklet for me but couldnt find any promotion like that while she was checking it for me another girl staff member came and said I will check it for you. I was like ok thank u. She tried to find the promotion on her computer but couldnt find it. There were atleast 5-6 small packs of these next to the sally hansens leg spray on display for sale. When she didnt find anything she said to me I can give to you for free but you have to buy one of the Spray from sally hansen which was $29.99 . Why do you have to display some product when its not for sale and you could have given it to me for free. What a waste of time. Being a customer I think it should have been offered to me for free because it was only a small one and they were displaying it for sale without a price on it and it was not on promotion either. I mean what a waste of time. I wouldnt recommend this...
   Read morePoor service. Will not be returning to this store ever again. I went in to purchase a bag I saw online. I was in the store for a good 20 mins looking at the bags specifically. Not long after I over hear on the PA system a LP check to be done. I knew straight away it was for me. I continued looking anyways as I intended to buy a bag. Made me feel super uncomfortable in the store. Saw a few shop assistants at the counter and changing rooms Looking in my direction which I understand. I was greeted by a lovely lady as I was walking in though, the only good part of my shopping experience with this store.
I walk to the counter to pay for my bag. Two shop assistants are there chatting away. I don't get acknowledged at all until she moves to the counter to serve me with a poor "hi". She asks me if I'm a club member and I tell her that I am. She asks for my number, sees that I am. She then tells me I have a voucher and proceeds to ask for my ID ?
For reference ive never been asked for ID when I've earned or redeemed a voucher in store. I understand the extra checks or precautions put in place to ensure fraudulent purchases or potential shoplifting. But you guys need to do better. Maybe invest in some customer service training to help deter this from happening...
   Read moreI wish I could leave no stars. We needed a new washing machine. We identified a suitable model. Farmers Lynnmall website said they had one in stock. They didn't, it was only for display. They said we would have to wait 7 days for delivery, and asked us what time on Monday we would like it delivered. They said that was normal. We were not happy but it was late in the day. Seven days later, no sign of the goods. Nothing, no phone calls as promised either. I then spend over 90 minutes on the phone line waiting between calls to Fisher & Paykel and Farmers. I was told by the nice lady at Fisher & Paykel that 7 days was a long wait for delivery. Day 8, still no delivery, nor any communication as to when it would be arriving. More calls to Famers. They would not let me speak to the manager. Finally I am told it will be delivered tomorrow, 9 days to deliver from across Auckland!!! I phoned another major retailer, asking about the same machine. I was told delivery would be the next day. I told the friendly staff at Farmers they would be getting a bad Google review. They didn't seem to care at all.
