Excellent sushi! Excellent atmosphere and friendly competent staff. The price is fair and the service is quick and attentive. Not only is the food delicious but the presentation is on point as well, you can really tell that the sushi artists take pride in their work, true culinary art. The tuna is so tender and flavorful, probably my favorite so far, but it's hard to choose an over All favorite because it was All so tasty. All around excellent experience. I highly recommend anybody looking for fine dining sushi to come to this establishment and be treated. Be sure to ask about their daily promotional deals, like free dessert with an entree on Mondays. We got the fried plantain with ice cream by recommendation, Excellent choice! Don't miss out on this gem, you surely won't regret...

Nothing spectacular about this place but everything was good, not great.

We had the fried shrimp appetizer, a truffle poke bowl, caribeño sushi roll, sangria, fried ice cream bc they were out of bananas (unsure how you could be out of bananas in Panama lol).

The shrimp appetizer was good, there’s 2 sizes and we got the bigger one (glad we did bc that was tiny). The shrimp are cut up into small pieces not whole.

Their sushi roll options all had cream cheese or smoked salmon or something fried, nothing close to traditional options and very heavy.

The poke bowl was too heavy on the truffle oil and drowned in sauce.

My sangria was good but not...

Food was good, for “Asian fusion”. We had a series of appetizers and drinks - they all were prepared well.

What really stuck out about this place was the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff.

There’s not a single piece of trash in the parking spaces outside. Inside, spotless. A full mop setup came out when a couple of drops of soy sauce hit the floor when clearing a table. Menus are taken in the back, sprayed, and wiped over. From our table, we could see into the kitchen when the door swung open - floors were clean and dry. A complete departure from the norm of our experiences in Panama City.
