Dino-Mite time using our Get Out Pass for the first time. $20 per person to enter, but we bought our pass, when on a Memorial weekend sale, for only $20 each.... so we've already gotten full value out of it! My kids are getting older (6 & 8), and we expected this to be for toddlers, and we assumed the dinos were just statues. To our delight, we were totally wrong! The three of us had so much fun. We downloaded the Pangaea app and used QR codes to scan into each Dino. The app pulls up info on each Dino like: name, diet, size, history, liason where fossils have been found, and a few extras. My kids love it and took turns scanning and reading. As long as you scan into it all 32 dinosaurs, you present it at the end of the exhibit and get a prize. My kids chose shark teeth. We also sat for the Fossil presentation and then Dino trivia right after. We truly learned a lot, and it was done so well. For trivia, the team member, Allie, kept track of each correct answer of each kid playing. Whatever their score was is how many "tickets" they received to spend in the arcade store and get little prizes . This was a great way to do scoring as there were other kids there who really knew their trivia. So each kid won something. We didn't pay extra to do the arcade or mining, and we still managed to spend a fun-filled 3 hours here. Dexter the Dino also made an appearance, played duck duck goose, and took photos with each kid. It was a great morning together, and then we finished by having lunch upstairs at their Pangaea Grill Instagram: @msbusyblonde

Huge dinosaur lovers! Pangea LAND of dinosaurs, umm yes please! Had huge expectations for this place. Walked through it in 20 minutes. What in the ever loving hell did I just pay for? Walked through it again… sure everything is beautiful! The dinosaurs are amazing and they’re moving and it’s a cool vibe. The kids are enjoying it and then ….. Bam! It’s over again… You can literally go through this in 20 minutes. And then everything else is an additional cost. You pay $20 a person. To walk through a 20 minute animatronic dinosaur exhibit. And then every task is extra , a $15 extra which…. Is shaping a dinosaur out of play dough, and digging a fossil out of dirt. They do have a free etching table, but they have scrapes of crayons and no paper available…. When I did research of this place there were dinosaur rides, and inflatable Dino obstacle course and there was none of that. They have QR codes you’re suppose to scan and if you do them all you earn a price. Tell me why I paid for 6 people to get in and one person gets a prize? That’s not fair to the kids who want a prize but are 4 years old and don’t have cellphones. Oh and their prizes…? Mini coloring book or shark tooth? We are at a dinosaur exhibit people get with the program! They have shows and guided tours, well we were told they are short staffed and there would be no show or guided tour,…. Like what did I pay for??? Extremely disappointed. I repeat dinosaurs are cool but this place is not worth your money . Sadly. Oooooh and bathrooms are on the outside of the building so if you’re toddler has to pee in the middle of the 20 minute walk take them back through the gift shop , pee and go back in through the gift shop ! No problem there

Adults cost 19.50 and kids 3 and up 17.50. Then all dino rides, stationary rides, dino etching, face painting, dino sifting, and excavation stations all cost between 2.50 to 8.00 per station. There are guides apparently that are there to show you around. We where there for 2 hours and not a single person came over to us the entire time. The place was empty so no excuse. There where however about 10 employees sitting around on thier phones and computers doing nothing other than not paying attention to the guests that spent big money to be in the exhibit. We had to go track down the young girls to come work the rides that we paid for. The Dinos are very cool. They even have moving eyes which you can see in some videos I uploaded. They should have started off with some nice Dinos though because as u walk in it is very loud, dark and scary Dinos right away. This scared my 3.5 year old and it took her about 10 minutes to be ok with being there. Then she absolutely loved it as she loves her dinos! My daughter had an amazing time but for almost $100.00 for 2 adults an one child I'm not sure if it was worth the cost even though my daughter loved it. There is a real strong chemical smell as mentioned in previous reviews and I had a bad migrane after leaving. (I never get head aches.) Unless the price drops and some other changes are made I am not sure if we will visit again.

I went with a group of first grade children and they made the event much more fun that it probably would be if you decided to do this by yourself. The staff was friendly and engaged however, this is why the review gets the three stars. Anyone who has children knows how important it is for children to get their food immediately and one thing that I know is that everything on this tour was timed. That being said, when the children sat down to eat, it was over fifteen minutes of waiting time and that shouldn't have occurred. There were also children who got Apple juice instead of Capri Suns and while that may seem little, it isn't and wasn't... Kids were teasing others about not getting the same amount and or being made fun of because they were "red headed step children" as they got a smaller box drink. The food should have been ready and served immediately and the drinks should have come out after instead of before as children will drink themselves full before eating - for a place that's catered around children, it seemed as though they didn't know how to properly handle these little humans. Overall it was a decent day however, I wouldn't recommend this to another school or group.

Amazing place! $27 to do everything! Includes Kart ride, sifting, excavation, face paint, etching, and stationery. Get a guide to walk you around. You also get a drawing and 2 fossil dinosaurs, BUT the employees were HORRIBLE! They were so unorganized and rude! We were promised a guide with our green bands and someone did show up but was taken away with the promise they would come back but they never did!! People sneaking in at the kart entry because there wasn't an employee watching those doors and half of the activities you had to go find an employee to even do them! The gals who did the face painting were the best there! Would love to go back but when they get TRAINED employees who actually know their job!!! Also when you order your pictures don't let the guy fool you that you cant pay there because he sent us to the admissions desk to pay who then sent us to gift shop registers who then sent is back to photos who shrugged his shoulders and said eh guess I can do it then... gift shop selection was nice but lack an vareity of sizes.
