It's a good clean and economical hotel for people not looking for frills. The rooms have a full size fridge, freezer, and and a microwave which is very nice. They also provide some glasses and coffee cups and dishes. I think they are pretty good for families since it's really hard to store stuff in a little tiny mini fridge and most hotels so having a bigger one is very nice. Review Rooms: 3.5 stars The rooms are modern and clean. I kind of prefer the other Home2 suites that actually have the separate bedroom instead of it all being in the same room but it was more than adequate for my stay. I should like to mention that my room was very clean. There are also more than adequate USB and plugins for all your devices all throughout the room. Staff: 5 stars The staff was fantastic and helpful. They greeted me every time I came in and out all week. Fitness Center : 5 stars. They have a fantastic fitness room. Was very clean and they use all Precor treadmills and bikes which are the best in the industry and what most gyms use. Location : 3 Stars. First I have to say everything you need is close by. There's a convenience store about a 2 and 1/2 minute walk away and this is located basically inside of a strip mall/complex so there is a taco place into pizza place and an upscale restaurant and a bakery and a Texas Roadhouse. The downside is that it just has a really weird vibe to it being in a hotel in a new industrial area that's basically in the parking lot of a strip mall. My friends who were with me really liked having some stuff close by but didn't really like the location either being right in the middle of a mall basically. But if having things close to walking distance for you is important it's actually good here. The aquarium is only about a 5 minute walk along with the butterfly conservatory and there's quite a lot of restaurants within about a 5 minute walk also if you don't want to drive or just want a short drive. Recap: basically this is a good extended stay hotel so if you're staying somewhere for four or five days or doing business and want to be able to stock your fridge and have a little more room it's very adequate. If you're looking for a little more frills you might stick to the more conventional Hiltons. Once again though I have to say the staff was A+. I would have no issues staying here again.

Overall disappointed with the stay, front desk was very friendly and accommodating they gave us free water when we checked in, when we got to the room their were stains all over the carpet and droplets of stains everywhere, the room was nice and giant just a bunch of wasted space of cabinets, no luggage rack or laundry bags in the closet, the pool was dirty with dirt on the bottom of the pool, and trash out by the hot tub of cigarettes, pool was green, it wasn’t until the end of the night where we went to bed and all night long the AC unit rattled, so everytime It kicked in it woke us up. And when I went to take a shower no hot water, barley luke warm. Honestly they should refund me my points. No what I expected of Hilton. Rooms need to be inspected before sold or Housekeeping needs to let front desk know of deficiencies with rooms so they don’t rent those rooms to guests, beds were uncomfortable as well. Breakfast was good tho, wouldn’t return tho. One of the bed lights the side light was out, bathroom counter had huge stain on it of something burnt don’t know what someone was doing in RM418 but looks like they were cooking drugs

Home2Suites building is connected to Tru by Hilton. For some reason Tru cost more. We stayed at Home2Suites a few days prior in Avondale. Same exact layout, just different color palette. Also Scottsdale location had softer and thicker towels. The vibe at this location reminds me of college dorm. There were a lot of college students. Five minute drive to Talking Stick Casino. The check in counter is shared between both hotels with a large lobby. The Tru side was like a rec center with a pool table and the Home2Suite side was like the adult lounge. Parking was free. Home2Suites offer free breakfast. The rooms have a mini kitchen with a mid size fridge. Had a pull out couch and a curtain that separates the bed. We saw a giant roach in the bathroom in the middle of night and that grossed us out. We checked out in the middle of the night at 2am to start our drive back to San Diego. Therefore we did not stay for the free breakfast. We have stayed at many Hilton Chain but never came across this. Maybe because we were on the first floor.

Meant to post this a month ago, but as I’m coming through Scottsdale again the amazing customer service I had the first time inspired me to stay again tonight. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Cristal I believe her name is, when I checked in last month my first room had an issue with the toilet flushing and I also had dogs with me, so I went downstairs and asked if I could be moved to a room on the first floor closer to the exit door so I could easily take my dogs in and out - she was more than happy to accommodate me and went above and beyond to even give me a slightly better room than I originally booked, and had it as close to the exit door as could be, where I could easily access both my car and the pet relief area. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy. The AC worked great, and overall had a great stay. In fact, I enjoyed it so much, I actually extended my stay by a day simply because I was so relaxed. Big shout out to Cristal though for going above and beyond to accomodate me, and to add, the next day I had an unexpected visitor from Mother Nature (IYKYK) and didn’t have any tampons or pads on me. I asked the girl at the front desk if they sold any and at first she couldn’t find them and offered to go to her own car and get me some of her own (love that sisterhood) but then she actually found some in a drawer and gave them to me. Really helped me out in what would have been an otherwise embarrassing situation, and so so grateful. Very attentive and polite and helpful staff! I also ate some of the breakfast (I’m very picky so it’s not easy for me to enjoy hotel food sometimes) but I enjoyed my breakfast options as well! The price was also great. ($70-$90 ish a night)....

There was a sign in the room (bathroom mirror) stating we could customize or room cleaning any time we wanted to due to COVID. I asked the front desk, as we were leaving the room for a few hours, for a room cleaning and I was told that was for people staying five days or longer. Being a family of five (three little ones) that really made things complicated and ruined our stay as we ended up with lots of used towels on the floor of our room, trash and day to day carpet dirt. I ended up having to go to the front desk to get towels which is ok I understand maybe you guys didn't want people coming to the rooms due to COVID however, the last day of checkout was a nightmare. When I left breakfast heading back to the room I asked the front desk for a fresh set of towels 4 sets to be exact, we waited and waited. I called down to the front desk twice. Just to get going as we needed to hit the road with little ones, we ended up sharing a last clean towel just to get going as we had waisted way too much time waiting for towels. As we were leaving the room for checkout someone knocked and asked if we still needed towels. At that point we kindly declined as we made do just...
