Update to my review. I visited Penn Square Mall for the first time since my review. I encountered a uniformed security guard who was unarmed. This is a review for RC ride on toys. You can’t miss them at the entrance and they seriously need to be shut down. Read their reviews before wasting your money. It's definately a Simon mall, but this one looks better than some others. I didn't think that was possible. They have some stores that you definately wouldn't expect in any mall, especially a Simon Mall! They even have 2 Dillard's!
