When my boyfriend and I finally decided to get married, I, the bride-to-be, was so excited and Palazzo Verde was our first choice. I contacted them, however, they are not so responsive. They will reply to you in a short while for the first one, but expect to have a lead time of around 36+ hours on the succeeding ones!! Being overseas currently, I am asking them to have a call with us to discuss the package. They will ask when is our available time, we’ll give our suggested time, but don’t expect them to reply and confirm until that time just passes by! We tried to be understanding and asked them their convenient time as well, but then again, even when they are the one who set the time, don’t expect them to show up! They kept us waiting and hanging without any confirmation and message at all! We thought this is just our current contact’s issue, maybe she has a lot of tasks or personal matters at hand, so we contacted another one and it’s all the same. One message is not too hard to notify your clients if you can’t make it. I thought Palazzo Verde is a reputable one but I didn’t expect their service to be this incompetent. I started off my wedding preparation with enthusiasm and too much excitement, however i feel i haven’t really started yet but I already experienced the first stress of wedding planning because of them. If they have commitment issues at this early stage, what more if were already in the middle or towards the end of planning with them, they might just leave us hanging in the middle. March 17, 2025 we’ve been here to explore the venue. I have a company with me and we we’re all together. We walked-in, we have no appointment since it’s not mandatory. We were informed that only one can explore inside then the rest of us company just waited outside. We ended up regretting to be here since we can’t explore the inside.

One of my companion we’re using a mirrorless camera, a device use for capturing videos. Unfortunately, the guard told us that taking picture is prohibited unless it’s a mobile phone as the place’s policy and we respect. There’s no valid explanation why it’s not allowed.

What about the nature outside? — I don’t see any development from the last time I’ve been here way back in 2013. I thought they already fixed since the outside has an extravagant view. This place looking closer from the far, it’s like left behind.

What about the guards? — They were good. We weren’t treated badly. I understand why and they follow the rules from the management, manager, or whatever. So no hard feelings for them.

So imagine, how they can gain clients if they don’t allow other people to explore? Maybe I need to be friends with Villar or any influential people. Poor marketing. If you’re an ordinary person want to inquire on this place and have no idea about it, and an outsider who want to be here just to take pictures to be post on social media, this is not a suitable place for you. They will accommodate you but with restriction including taking pictures.
