AMBIENCE They are located in the middle of the mall. Table spacing is not that tight and the mall's air-conditioning is pretty strong. Wheelchair-friendly. FOOD Patatine Fritte Maionese (Potato Chips) were plenty and crunchy while the dip was excellently tasty with strong garlicky flavor. We availed the smallest size just to try it but they still gave a lot of potato chips. Being a best seller, we tried the Penne Al Telefono (Mozzarella, White Cheese & Basil) and it was super good! Al dente texture added to its perfection. Tagliata Di Manzo with Garlic Rosemary topping (Sliced Beef Tenderloin) had thinly-cut beef slices that were very tasty, garlicky and aromatic thanks to the rosemary. The scent of rosemary was my favorite experience of the dish. Presentation and quality of all dishes were pretty classy! You can request lemon slices to be added to your water. Ours became refreshing! SERVICE Staffers were quick for everything: serving the food, water, pepper and the bill.

Went here today 04/14 at Evia branch. 🍝THE FOOD: Their price is justified in terms of the serving/quantity and taste. Their spaghettini poloettone is my kid’s fave. The coffee is good. Everything is great! Also the serving time is acceptable and they give updates on the eta if there will be a delay. 10/10⭐️ 🤵THE PEOPLE: I would like to commend Sir Richard, Sir Japet and everyone here. I have never seen a great customer service until today. We feel like we dont deserve it but they treated us like King and Queen. They go above and beyond. Very professional and friendly staff. They cater to the customers needs and make sure that we get the best dine-in experience. 🏆OVERALL SERVICE: Kudos to everyone here in this branch and please keep up the good work. Definetly will come back to try more from your menu. 1000000/10 rating!!!

We had pizza, pasta, and coffee. Solo serving of pasta has a good balance of pasta and sauce/meat, it's also nice that I can have it with chili flakes and some parts as it is for my kid. Family size pasta on the other hand don't have enough meat in it, we had half of it for take away and added some more meat at home to enjoy it. Noting they have service charge, I don't appreciate us having to follow up for glass of water when in the first place I think they should be giving it as soon as we already placed our orders. But I commend the staff taking a good group photo of us.

Cibo was almost great. The meals were delicious, the prices were fair, but where it fell short was the atmosphere. By atmosphere i’m not talking about the location of the restaurant but the feeling in the air. I am not sure if I was dining in a restaurant or a totalitarian regime. I’m not sure if it was the manager or the supervisor, but he should have some decency to, if not talk to their staff kindly at least have the courtesy to do so behind closed doors. The waiter we had, tall man with glasses, was nothing less than perfection. I was planning to bring my grandfather to Cibo but with the atmosphere I felt here, another branch will...
